My Hardwares:
Motherboard BIOS version is F15.
========================
①For the NPU issue (this was fine before I updated bios from F7 to F15 I think?):
As what pic shows, my NPU doesn't work unless I disable integrated graphics.
I can find the same issue that happens to others from the Internet:
——https://www.chiphell.com/thread-2646667-1-1.html
Not sure if it's because of CPU or Motherboard, so I would like to post here as well.
②Blue Screen of Death on Starting (didn't even get solved by updating bios)
Windows minidump file is here: 031125-20515-01.dmp
This only happens when I wakeup the windows from Hibernate or on the first starting up with Windows Fast Startup enabled.

Hello LR_Daring,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to further check this, please help provide the following details:
- When did you purchase the processor?
- Was it working fine before?
- Did you change any settings before the issue started?
- Are you using the default BIOS settings?
- What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,
Michael L.

1. On February 26, 2025. Boxed CPU.
2. Yes, until I update BIOS i guess, I can not be sure if it is right after updating BIOS cuz I only found it some days after that.
3. Nothing very significant I think? The BIOS settings are pretty much the same (XMP was enabled in both old version and newest stable version). After updating BIOS, I only turned on intel DTT so I can use APO. However, I did notice that some bios default/auto value are different after updating the BIOS. For example, auto values of IA AC/DC loadline are different, which might affects memory stability I guess. What's more, I updated this bios version of this motherboard from F7 to F15, which means that the microcode has changed from 0x113(actually im not sure if it's 0x113) to the newest 0x114.
4. No, but I only enable XMP and DTT, nothing else.
5. Well....actually I found that with XMP disabled, integrated graphics and NPU seems to be fine running together. NPU issue only happens after I turn on the XMP. HOWEVER, THEY WERE ALL FINE WITH XMP ENABLED WHEN I LAST CHECKED BEFORE I UPDATED BIOS, so I doubt that these 2 versions of BIOS has something different that affects the memory stability, which made the issue happen when XMP is enabled, EVEN IF THE STABILITY TESTS HAVE PASSED AND NOTHING ABNORMAL HAPPENS DURING THE DAILY WORKING AS WELL AS NO CRASH IN GAMING.
5(+). Regarding of blue screen issue, non of these are related, even all default settings happen as well. Also tried disabling bios fast boot so the memory will be trained, no use at all.
This NPU issue almost looks related to colorful flickering dots appearing on the screen while memory frequency being too high, which should be a well-known issue. Tho I haven't tried a lower memory frequency.
BTW, the memory is Kingbank's Hynix new Mdie DDR5 8000MHz 24G*2.
Annnnnd...I'm now quite worried and also wondering if XMP makes warranty invalid.

Hello LR_Daring,
Thank you for the update.
Just for testing purposes, can you set everything on default settings specially BIOS and check if that will make the system stable?
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

As I said, disabling XMP solves NPU issue, but setting everything to default has nothing changed to bluescreen on fast-boot.
But you should know what it would mean by XMP unused for this gen Core......almost lose all the advantages compared to AMD's CPU.
Also am I allowed to question - Is Intel aware of "colorful flickering dots appearing on the screen" this well-known issue, which is also related to XMP?(which I first found in this video: Bilibili Video , now I'm also encountering it <not straightly related to the main topic of this post here>. Am I using an earlier-produced product that has critical defect or what the hell?)
Since it hasn't prevented me from my working, I can still quite accept these problems, but plz tell intel if u can. I'm pretty sure there're some real problems, cuz it's not just me who's going through them.
