There is a lot of talk about how a waterblock or cpu cooler should sit when fitted to the cpu and some say that if a waterblock has a bow on the coldplate(copperbase) that it is ok. Well i have a waterblock which has a bow in it on the copperbase where the cpu meets the block itself with the thermal paste attached and it connects to the cpu with only around 15mm at most. should the waterblock or any other cooler HAVE to sit flat on the cpu or not as there are so many conflicting opinions but i would like to hear it from Intels opinion which should be final.
