whats difference between E3-1275 V3 part numbers on ordering??

hi , i want to buy E3-1275V3 , but I do not know whats the difference between Part No s .  

 

in ark.intel.com has two ordering code : 1. BX80646E31275V3 and 2. CM8064601466508

CM8064601466508 is an OEM/tray microprocessor

 

BX80646E31275V3 is a boxed microprocessor

 

 

Both processors are the same; the only different is the order number, if you want to get 3 years warranty get the box processor, the OEM/tray processor depends on the place of purchase.
