That would be the part number if it exists.
Looking at the www.arrownac.com website, the closest I have found is 5CEFA7F27I7N (ROHS) Looking at the part decoder ring on page 4 of http://www.altera.com/literature/hb/cyclone-v/cv_51001.pdf there is no "M" for military temp rating. The closest is A for automotive. To get better information, I would contact your local Altera distributor. (Arrow). Pete- Mark as New

Yes, only the distributor can answer your questions. Getting non Rohs parts should be possible, but usually the lead time is longer (sometimes a lot longer) and there is a minimum quantity of components to order.
