ACTIVE EPCQ device selection for Arria 10 FPGA

Hello,

I am looking for EPCQ devices for either:

  1. 10AX027H4F35I3SG
  2. 10AX027H4F34I3SG

I found some documentation that says EPCQ-L devices are made to be used with Arria 10, however all EPCQ-L devices show up as obsolete on digikey. Which active  devices should I use for these FPGAs?

Hi,

Do you have the particular part number/datasheet for the EPCQ-L device that you wanted to use?

I will get back to you on more info.

Hi,

May I know if the EPCQ is only for FPGA portion or HPS portion?

For list of tested for Arria 10 HPS devices:
