Hi,
I have designed a new board for my company based on a 5AGXMB1G4F31C4N. When I received the board, I checked isolations between all the power line and GND. I got a 35Ohm isolation between VCC 1.1V and GND. I'm looking for what appened : power pins connexion seems to be OK. Could you please help me ? Despite those problem, I managed to configure the FPGA NIOS2 + Uniphy DDR3 + JTAG + EPCS + FLASH running uClinux Thanks in advance.Link Copied

It doesn't sound like you have a problem. If you can configure the FPGA and perform the tasks you've stated then a lot is working properly.
35Ω is a perfectly reasonable DC resistance to measure between VCCINT and GND on an assembled board. What were you expecting? A quick check on some boards I have around me reveals DC resistances as low as 20Ω between VCCINT and GND. They all work as expected. Cheers, Alex- Mark as New

Thank you...
I was expecting values like Mega Ohms...
