Alternate for FPGA CycloneV Series

We are using FPGA 5CGXFC4C6F27C7N in our application, which has high speed interfaces, so PCIe hard IP is mandatory, please suggest any low cost alternative to this part.

Read the Cyclone V product table. It lists hard IP core-capable FPGAs. 

 

P.S.: It is not mandatory to use hard IP for PCIe; Soft cores which meet timing could do the same at the cost of longer design time.
