I recently contacted Intel Customer Support for helping me address my issue however they claim that "the developer community and our tech experts provide this product's support only in the public forum".
I am trying to learn more about Stratix 10 Development board and programming interfaces however I am running into 404 quite a number of times.
1) On https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/details/fpga/development-kits/stratix/10-sx.html
the links for:
SDM QSPI Boot Flash Daughter Card (Rev A: https://cdrdv2.intel.com/v1/dl/getContent/717504)
SDM NAND Boot Flash Daughter Card (Rev A: https://cdrdv2.intel.com/v1/dl/getContent/717090)
require Azure account. I setup one but it has some tenant token errors - I am not sure I am authorized to see these documents (though I should be able to do that it is was a pdf document like for the other cards).
2) Link to the Altera USB-Blaster II result in 404 error:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/683674/current/installing-the-usb-blaster-driver.html
example:
https://www.altera.com/support/support-resources/download/drivers/dri-index
http://www.altera.com/download/drivers/dri-index.html (this one is taken directly from printed manual attached to the product I bought)
I feel this is incorrect - either the links should be reinstantiated to match the manual OR the Intel (well, Altera, who is Intel now) should correct this misguidance in a notice online.
3) I cannot install Altera USB-Blaster II win usb drivers - looking online for help there is no actual answer or the links result with 404 - page not found.
Does anyone know where can I get the information 1) 2) 3) now from please? Thank you!
