I have a SoCkit board and I am interested in booting linux with ECC on SDRAM. How do I set up the memory to be configured with ECC enabled. Do I need special u-boot and spl for this?

Hi,djaosp, the SoCkit you mentioned is arrow's or not, if arrow's you should note that, the board dose not support ECC, it needs extra ddr3 memory device for ECC bits.

Extra DDR3 memory device present in Altera SoC board, ECC bits is on in default in sources of Preloader and U-boot.
