Help please:

I try to install Quartus 14.1 web edition on a Windows 7 x64. However, I got this error when try to launch the quartus:

quartus.exe: the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).

This is a newly installed Windows, quartus used to be working in my old system, but I just upgraded my HDD to SDD, and reinstalled the windows ... The windows 7 is just fully updated.

Any help? or any idea how to track down the problem?

Thanks

HELP:

I have the same problem, but I have installed QuartusII 14.1 subscription edition, and when I try to launch quartus I get the error the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).

How did you solve this problem? Did you just install the Quartus 13.0sp1 or did you find a solution?

Thank you
