Column I/O + I/O programming

Hi All, 

 What does it mean "Column I/O"? Is there a "Row I/O" in the ArriaV?   How can I program the I/O (PullUp/PullDown/OCT/...)?   Thank you!

Column IO refer to those IOs reside in top or bottom banks in the device. Row IO refer to those in left/right banks.
