Compression Video Signals from the D5M in H264

Hallo Altera Users,

i would like to know if anyone of you tried using this opensource Hardware encoder H264.

I am trying to compress the data from the D5M: www.terasic.com.tw/cgi-bin/page/archive.pl?no=281

The encoder didnt work as expected. im not really sure if i connected it correctly.

it will be helpful if any could notify me if this encoder really works

it is really possible that no one ever needed a H264 encoder ??
