Copy a picture in SDRAM

Hi all, 

 

I've created a SDRAM module in SPOC builder. Set evrything...i've write some char and try to read it...everything works fine. Now I'd like to store a picture in the DE2 SDRAM. For exmple, imagine, i've got a bmp or Jpeg picture, how do i store this image in SDRAM ? what are the steps for doing that ?
