Hello,

I am trying to connect PAC Arria 10 Gx to Fujitsu mainboard D3433-S. The OS is not recognizing the connection on PCIe slot. The command lspci | grep 09c4 gives no output.

Could you please confirm if the mainboard is one of the supported server model to use PAC Arria 10Gx. I am using Ubuntu 18.04 with kernel version 4.15 which is supported as per given specifications.

Regards,

Ankita

Hi,

May I know if you have power up the Arria 10 PAC correctly? Do you follow the guide in https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/683633/1-2-1/installing-the-card-in-the-host-machine.html
