Hello,
We have a customer who is having an issue with the FPGA Download Cable p/n PL-USB-BLASTER-RCN. The customer states that the part is not being detected by the PC; the customer has tried two different laptops and are running Windows 11; however, the customer states that nothing is coming up (please see customer's screenshot image of the driver install error they get).
