Cyclone II FPGA as a co-processor to TI's 6455

Hello I am working on a project where I need to use Cyclone II FPGA as a co-processor to TI's 6455 board via the EMIF. Could anyone please guide me what is the best way to start.

I found a similar project on Altera website, but it deals with Stratix II, and the binary cannot be programmed on a board due to a JTAG problem(which I assume occurs because of the incompatibility of devices).

You should be able to start wit hthe Stratix II reference design.

You will need to chenge the part type to Cyclone II, then re run any MegaWizard componenets in the design.

Then also re run the SoPC portion (if it is using it).

In there, you will need to refresh each of the componenets.

With any luck, all will still be compatible, and you can target the part.
