Cyclone V GX FPGA board starter kit

I have a new FPGA board cyclone v starter kit .. How i can get start on it? Is there any setting that must made on it before i downloaded the program on it?

You can run the examples from Terasic website to familiarize yourself with the board settings, Quartus settings, etc
