Cyclone V device problem

the device is 5CGXFC5C6F27C7N, but in jtag chain debugger, the device is 5CGTFD5(C5|F5)/5CGXBC5C(6|7)/.. (USERCODE: 0x04CA3CF8). 

 

is it right?
