Cyclone chip number

Can I read chip number in cyclone chips?

Do you mean the chip model? It can be accessed through JTAG. As an example you can open the Quartus programmer and click on "autodetect".

No, chip model - IDCODE, and it can be access through JTAG. 

I mean - Is in the Cyclone chip exist uniqe number for every chip? 

Like DNA number in Xilinx chips.

AFAIK there is no documented way of accessing the device's serial number.

I don't think, that standard FPGA families have a serial number. Has it been said to exist by Altera?
