Cyclone iv pcie1.1 fpga card can't into interrupt

hi 

    every one!

    Recently,I have a object about fpga pcie1.1 PC card。In the test，I found the interrupt of the pcie has can run in some PCs and the other PCs will be got death.

    I had use the Quartus Prime 17.0 's pcie1.1 hardcore to  make my pcie connect, The chip is EP4CGX50DF27C8. In the test,the DMA read of PC the speed rate is arrived 820MB/s and DMA write of PC the speed rate is only 433MB/s.

    My question is why my interrupt is worked incorrect
