CycloneIIEP2C8T144 LVPECL input/Output

I am trying to input 3.3V LVPECL into EP2C8. I am not clear about the output clock that I can use. Since Cyclone II doesn't support LVPECL output, I cannot get a LVPECL output clock, which is ok for my application. Now I have a question. Is the output clock that I can get a 3.3V LVTTL? will this clock synchronize to my 3.3V LVPECL input differentiate clock? this is critical for my application. I have to get an output clock which is synchronize to my input 3.3V LVPECL.
