DE0 problem after installing

Hi all!

I had a Cyclone® III FPGA Starter Kit on another computer, it worked fine.

Now I got a new computer and a DE0 board, dident get any software with the kit. So I downloaded the latest Quartus II 10.1sp1 Web Edition (64-Bit), and installed it. Followed the user guide that I got with the Cyclone® III FPGA Starter Kit board and also installed "Low-Cost Starter Kit CD" that came with that kit.

I dont know if this Starter Kit CD was specificly made for Cyclone® III FPGA Starter Kit board but Im getting missing dll files and "cant find the board" with my DE0 board.

I have searched the Altera webpage for info about installing the DE0 board but cant find anything specific, no user guides or anything. I always end up on the same webpage no matter what, it is the general page for the board: Home > Training > University Program > Dev. & Education Boards > DE0

On the other board I should install the USB-Blaser driver, cant find anything about that now.

I need some help getting started on this DE0 board.
