DSP Buider and SOPC Buider Tool

I want to design real time video encoder. I want to know how design from simulink( using DSP builder) can configure Nios II IN SOPC Builder.what are the design steps? I got one link but as I m new to Altera I want some some detailed design steps. Can anyone plz help?
