Different Compilation results on different versions of Quartus II?

Hi everyone,  

 I've recently been testing out an Altera Megafunction in the labs and at home and I noticed that I get quite different compilation results for the both of them. In the labs the Quartus II is the full version whereas at home I use the free version. Shouldn't they get the same results? Have anybody else encountered this phenomenon? :confused:   Best regards, Chris

Apart from the full/web edition difference, are the Quartus versions the same? And are the project settings the same?

I'm quite sure that they will not use all advanced synthesis features in the web edition.  Kind regards  GPK
