Do I need RTL files if I have the post fit design partition

Hi, 

 

If I have the post fit design partition, do I need orignal RTL files. My office friend sent me a post fitted qxp file and I want to use it in place of RTL. I didn't have the orignal RTL files so please tell me whats the procedure to use this qxp file.
