EPM3032ALC44-10N Substitute

Hello:

I have realized that EPM3032ALC44-10N device it is obsolete. Does anybody knows if there is any substitute that I can exchange directly without doing any PCB board layout change?

Presently there is no exact replacement for MPN: EPM3032ALC44-10N.
