EPM3064ATC44-7N and EPM3064ATI44-10N

We want to buy EPM3064ATI44-10N, but now we only find the parts of the label of EPM3064ATC44-7N. We find the marking clarification of the dual marking. Are they same parts of EPM3064ATC44-7N and EPM3064ATI44-10N? Are they mutually substitutable? Please advise.

I presume LC44 an TI44 are different package type with different pin spacing, PLCC44 versus TQFP44.

Sorry, I meant the label is EPM3064AT7C44-7N, and the marking is with dual marked.

Still spelled wrongly. You mean EPM3064ATC44-7N

C - commercial

I - Industrial

Both are identical. Different only Temperature support range.

Please see the marking of the EPM3064ATC44-7N, and it's with dual mark.  So are they  mutually substitutable even the Temperature support range?

You will find that virtually all manufacturers do this dual marking of a Consumer (C) and an Industrial (I) grade device.

You will find that the I grade device will be marked as a slower speed grade (ie, 10ns vs 7ns) over the wider temperature range.

Basically there is only one silicon die design, and it is tested at various temperature and voltage corners to set it speed grade.

Thru their characterization the vendor will have previously determined that a 7ns C device can also be marked as a 10ns I device.

So when you buy the I device you may get a faster C device. Or when you buy the C device you may get a slower I device.

By the way, this product is already EOL and no longer available. If you can find it, maybe the distributor still have old stock. Not recommended for new design as there will be no technical support provided.
