Emulator for a ACEX 1K

Could anyone advise what in circuit Emulator (PC104 board) to buy for a Altera ACEX EP1K30TC144-3 

and where to buy it?

I never heard about FPGA in-circuit emulators. Can you briefly tell what you want to achieve?

Hi Altera Guru, 

We have a Analogue to Digital controller that was designed for us and uses a Altera ACEX EP1K30TC144-3. It's on a PC104 board. 

The issue is we are wanting another made exactly the same. The company that made it had some personnel changes and don't know for sure the exact programming of the chip due to proper records not being kept. 

The problem is we can not send them the board to copy it as we are using the board. We want to read the chip and send them the details so they can duplicate the programming for us.
