Error installing the Cyclone III starter kit installation

Hi,

When i attempt to install the starter kit installation from the website -

http://www.altera.com/products/devkits/altera/kit-cyc3-starter.html?gsa_pos=1&wt.oss_r=1&wt.oss=cyclone%20iii%20starter%20kit

ftp://ftp.altera.com/outgoing/devkit/12.0/cycloneiii_3c25_start_v12.0.0.exe

I always get an Erroe Code 6005.

I've done everything that it suggested - I've closed all running programs, emptied the temporary files and i definitely have an internet connection but i still get the error. What could be causing this? I've tried to install all versions but i recognise that i need to install the V12 so it's compatible with the V12.1 Quartus that i have installed on to my computer.
