Experiencing difficulties in regestering for a myAltera account

Hi all, 

 

I've been trying to register for a "myAltera" account in the better part of a day, but everytime I input my email, I get the following error:

I know it's supposed to be down for scheduled maintenance, but it's not supposed to happen until later in the day. Anyone else ever have this problem? 

I would just call Altera, but I couldn't seem to find a number to call about questions like this, just one for corporate stuff.

Do you know your local Altera sales or distributor? Maybe you can contact them to assist you in filing service request also.
