EyeQ signal measurements

Hi Everyone!

Inspired of wp-01152 "overcome high-speed i/o verification challenges with stratix v on-die instrumentation" (https://www.altera.com/en_us/pdfs/literature/wp/wp-01152-on-die-instrumentation.pdf) I'm going to use EyeQ as instrument for simple measurements. As I understand, Horizontal Step of Toolkit Eye Diagram can be recalculated to obtain time resolution step in picoseconds (unit intervals) of received signal.

Unfortunately, there is no clear information about Vertical Step and its relation to Voltage of received signal. There is only info about 64 differential threshold voltage levels in white paper, and Vertical height register in Transceiver Reconfiguration Controller ip core, which used for set desirable offset during analysis.

How the value of vertical steps can be converted into voltage? I guess that it depends on CLTE and DC Gain values. Thanks in advance.
