Hello 

 

We are using the Altera part EP3C40F324I7N in our designs. 

We are performing reliability analysis for these designs. 

For performing reliability analysis we need FIT value for the Altera part EP3C40F324I7N including soft error rate of reliability. 

Please provide the same.
