Fast Neutron Upset Rate Data?

I'm looking for the Fast Neutron Upset rate for the following parts: Intel p/n EP4CGX110DF27I7 Intel p/n EP4CGX110DF31I7.

 

Xilinx/AMD publishes this data readily online but I'm having a lot of trouble getting a hold of the data for Altera/Intel parts.

 

Also I'm looking for who the FAE for the Altera part line is for the midwest region that would support my business. Ever since Intel acquired Altera the support has declined and it's been incredibly difficult connecting with support.
