Flashing NIOS Sw

Have been debugging SW via JTAG port. Now that it works, would like to flash it. Am using eclipse and seem to recall that somewhere you can specify the load addresses. But can't seem to find where I configure it. Could someone point me in the right direction (What menu tree chain gets me there). Thanks in advance,
