High temp FPGA

We are currently using EP2S60F1020I4 FPGA in our downhole logging tool, but we struggle with temperature higher than 100 deg. celsius. 

Are ther any military spec. FPGA (pin compatible and with the same clock freq) on the market ?

Altera sells military spec'd devices to support up to 125C
