How to add Defined Symbols in Eclipse?

There is "Tool Settings Tab" on Properties Dialog Box of Nios II IDE. Here it is able to add Defined Symbols(#define macro in source code) . But I cann't find the same "Tool Settings Tab" in Eclipse. 

 

And it is unable to add Defined Symbols like "PI=3.14159" with Nios II Application Properties.
