I already set configuration at below

Assignment -> Device -> Device and Pin Options -> Configuration -> Single Uncompressed Image

After I tried to compile Quartus show error like below.

Error (16021): You specified a configuration mode that includes memory initialization, however memory initialization is not supported by the selected device. In the Device and Pin Options dialog box, choose a configuration mode without memory initialization.

This is my Qsys setting (I do not add any on-chip memory)

This reminds me of another similar post recently...

Try changing your configuration mode to 'Single Uncompressed Image with Memory Initialization'.

Cheers,
