How to configure S-Runner ??

Hi !!! 

 

I want to configure a EPCS16 directly with S-Runner but i don't want use byte blaster II or other cable. So i want to use S-Runner on an other platform actually on a microcontroller ST10f168 but i don't know how to configure S-Runner. Please help me.
