How to create a system(sopc) for ethernet

Hi everybody! 

 I'm making interface between Board Cyclone's Ethernet and PC(Or Labtop) And I'm trying to create a System(SOPC) for it. But I dont know how many components that I should add into the system?   Any thanks I'm really waiting!

I dont think so! I found again and changing the key work but just a little about it. do you know more website and link? because this website so general and my problem I need very little?
