Hello,

I want to know Macro cell number of a CPLD device (EPM, EPF, EP1M family). Can i get it from Data Sheet or Ordering code of a device.

Refer to the datasheet for each family. E.g. MAX II parts:

http://www.altera.com/literature/hb/max2/max2_mii51001.pdf (http://www.altera.com/literature/hb/max2/max2_mii51001.pdf

Page 1-2, specifies the 'Equivalent Macrocells' for each device. Number realised will depend on your design.

Same info for for MAX V:

Thank you So much for your help.

Can i get one more help, if possible. I need to know "Die size" and "feature size", from where can i get these details.

I'm not sure Altera publish the die sizes of their parts. By 'feature size' I assume you may be referring to the fabrication process. MAX V is made on a 0.18µm process - considerably larger than the latest FPGA's which are 14nm.
