How to use ALTBUFIO with Dynamic delay chain in Arria 10?

I want to implement input dynamic delay in Arria 10, and the function is similar to ALTBUFIO with Dynamic delay chain in Arria V. But Arria 10 is not supporting ALTBUFIO and replaced by Altera GPIO. When I upgrade ALTBUFIO to Arria 10, it informed me that Dynamic delay chains are no support in Altera GPIO. Where can I get ALTBUFIO in Arria 10? PHY Lite for Parallel Interfaces? It looks more complicated than ALTBUFIO.

You can refer to the following documentation for the GPIO as well as ALTBUFIO

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/documentation/sam1412835930749.html

https://www.intel.com/content/altera-www/global/en_us/index/documentation/eis1414634258793.html#eis1414634317801

These are for the 10 series Arria / Stratix/ Cyclone 10 devices.
