How to use package files in Arria 10 IBIS-Ami model?

I've notice there's a General_PKG folder in Arria 10 IBIS-Ami model, but I don't know how to use it in simulation.

Instruction PDF file suggest that these are s4p models for package lenghts and 4 models have in names lenghts like 14 mm or 24 mm. In PDF there's also an information that models cover 1932 pin package.

The 1932 pin package is 45x45 mm so it's not directly related to trace lenghts in files (14 mm and so....).

So how to use those files? How to translate them to different packages of Arria 10? What they really model?

The answer for 1932 pin package may be found here https://www.intel.com/content/altera-www/global/en_us/index/support/support-resources/knowledge-base/hsio/2017/what-package-models-combined-with-arria-10-ibis-ami-package-shou.html

But still it does not explain how this translates to other, smaller packages?

Hi , The IBIS AMI model is for the transceivers, if you are looking for the IO , requesting to provide the below link to down load the model. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/download/board-layout-test/ibis/ibs-ibis_index.html

I know they are for transceivers and I'm not looking for the I/O.

So the question still stands - how may I use those files with smaller than 1932 pin package?

Hi , I check the data base and found that the package is for 1932 pins and in other devices it is mentioned as generic to all packages, I am requesting to contact your distributor for request to IBIS AMI model for the exact package
