How to write into SDRAM using Verilog??

I would like to write into the SDRAM using Verilog. I am using DE2 board.

I want to make it clearer. 

 I need to write into the SDRAM using Verilog code without using NIOS.  I am using DE2 board Cyclone II FPGA.  Any help, please?  Thanks

You can use SOPC Builder to add the SDRAM device, and then the product a system, there will be a description of SDRAM's. V paper, which is written using Verilog language.You can try it!
