I get message error when trying to install devices in quartusII

I get this message: There has been an error.  

Unknown element arria10_part1.  the application will exit now.  Anyone know why? Please Help

Are you installing web edition or subscription edition?

The web edition doesn't support Arria 10.

As far as I know, QII 15.0 Web edition supports A10. I found few KDB solutions documented with the similar error.

 This is a QII internal error. I would recommend that you file a service request to MySupport to seek for workaround from Altera.
