I would like to know if Intel has any radiation tolerant/hard CPLDs available or military/space qualified CPLD. If so, could you please send me the adequate information?

Hi Martin, Intel FPGA performed the SEU (Single event upsets) test on Max 10 devices. You could generate the Max 10 SEU report from Quartus Prime Software. Here the how-to-video showing how to generate the SEU FIT report: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eqcmuwGpGAI Thank you Regards, Chia Ling
