IEEE 1735 encryption in Arria II devices

In the "Intel Quartus Prime Pro Edition User Guide: Getting Started", it is said "The Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software does not support IEEE 1735 encryption". Based on this, and in the features listed in table at page 7 of "Intel® Quartus® Prime Software Brochure", my guess is that I wouldn't be able to encrypt the VHDL/Verilog source files of my projects targeting Arria II devices. Am I right?, is there any alternative approach for doing that?

Thanks in advance.
