Impedance of Cyclone Device

Hi.. 

 

can any one tell me where could I get the IMPEDANCE OF I/OSs IN CYCLONE SERIES FPGA'S.

The most accurate value can be extracted from the Cyclone IBIS files. They tabulate I/O voltage and currents for each I/O standard.
