Injecting soft Error

I am new to these forum and I need some help regarding Injecting error in FPGA and My question is I am able to configure my FPGA(Cyclone II) using the quartus_jli command line but How to inject error in CRAM bits using the quartus_jli command line and also Can I know the relationship between the .jam file and the project files.
