Lifespan for Cyclone III, V, 10

I am working on a programme to replace  Cyclone III with Cyclone V or 10. Please could you advise the lifespan of Cyclone III, V and 10?  And what are the difference on functionality between them?

For your information the lifespan for Cyclone III, V and 10 are active until 2035. The difference between these 3 devices is the performance. For more information regarding this it can be accessed through the link below.
