I've no idea where to post this but as I'm using FPGAs I'm putting it here!
Logging in has become very, very difficult under the new scheme where Intel send me a code via email. Sometimes it takes over 90 minutes to get the email, by which time my seesion or the code has expired. I know there are plenty of problems with passwords, but at least they actaully work. Will someone please find an alternative to my current login hell.

I installed and use the 'authenticator' add in to my browser, so aside from having to log in to intel, then microsoft, I can
supply the required 6 digit code without any email and/or phone shenanigans. Still a pain, tho.

I use the authenticator, nevertheless I'm required to send an E-Mail verification code for each new login before the authenticator is queried. The procedure seems not to correspond to the anounced MFA method, I don't however see a way to change it. The longwinded authentication method is often preventing me from taking part in forum discussions.
I asked about authentication process at the customer service but never got a response.

Yeah, this logging in has gotten completely unacceptable. I have to get an email, post a code then get a phone call any time I want to make a response on this forum. This means I usually don't want the hassle and make far less responses than I normally would.

Noted on the issues, we did saw your support request in another channels and Im currently aligning with them to get certain clarification.
Quick check, are you able to login again? Is your account still locked?
Is the code via email still a problem where it take a long time?

Well the email latency isn't a temporary glitch, it's been there for years. There's a reason people campaign for net neutrality.
I've got some things to try from the support team but today was login lottery win.

I have managed to get in touch with the relevant team on your issues and they will be attending to you separately to addressed your issues.
I believe you are in good hand, with that do login to ‘https://supporttickets.intel.com’, view details of the desire request, and post a feed/response within the next 15 days to allow me to continue to support you. After 15 days, this thread will be transitioned to community support.
